I am a Roman Catholic. I am a parishioner at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Rosenberg, Texas.  I was born and raised in Fort Bend County.  I grew up with five sisters, and I credit my parents for their prayers, which helped me rediscover my faith.   I majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Physical Education.   I retired from the Texas Department of Human Services. I followed up as a substitute teacher, which led to a permanent position as a P.E. paraprofessional coach.  I am now fully retired. I keep busy with part-time work and volunteering at my church.   Writing started as a hobby with dreams of becoming an author.  My dream has finally come true with the publication of my first novel, Three Days.   My second novel, Inhuman, will be out soon.

Three Days was written back in 2004, when I first discovered an old prophecy known as the Three Days of Darkness. The prophecy was never acknowledged by the Roman Catholic church due to circumstances that made it challenging to validate. However, what if… Three Days takes the reader through the lives of people who experienced darkness for three days. It’s an end-of-times mixed with science fiction. It quickly transports the reader to the future period in which the story is set. The story is fiction, but the references to Catholicism are true. Faith and hope are their strength. it not too late.

INHUMAN – coming soon

Inhuman explores the alien phenomenon and the spiritual truths behind the deceptions. Inspired by real events, the story follows groups of scientists and Christians who each uncover challenging evidence as they study aliens and confront demons in a secular world.
